How to trade Options on Coincall Web page？
Welcome to Coincall!
In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to trade options on the Web.
To get started, visit Coincall official website www.coincall.com to log in to your account.Click on “Options” on the header or “Trade Options” to access the option trading page.
Let’s say we want to buy BTC call options expiring on June 30, 2023.
Two versions are provided. We recommend using the Lite version if you’re new to options trading. Pro version for professional options traders.
The trading page has several sections, including an Account Overview, Line Chart, Lite Option Chain, Position Overview, Order Panel, and PnL Chart.
Coincall currently offers BTC and ETH options. Let’s say we want to buy BTC call options expiring on June 30, 2023.
We’ll select “Buy” as the Trade Type, “Call” as the Option Type, and “Expiring Jun 30, 23” as the Expiration Date on the Lite Option Chain.
In addition to buying Call options, you can also choose to buy Put options, sell Call options, or sell Put options here.We’ll then choose a strike price, such as “27,000”, and click on the Ask Price to place our order.
After we enter the Order Type, Price, and Amount in the Order Book section, the PnL Chart will calculate our expected profit and loss under different prices.
If everything looks good, we’ll click on “Buy” to submit the order.
We can check the orders in Position Overview section.
Unfilled orders will appear in the “Open Orders” , and filled orders will appear under “Positions”.
To cancel an unfilled order, click on “Cancel” in “Open Orders” – “Actions.”
To close a position before expiration, select it under “Positions” and click on “Market All” or enter a price and amount to close some positions.
Our position will be settled at 16:00 (UTC) on June 30, 2023, and we can view the realized profit and loss in the ” Exercise ” section.
That’s it! You’re now ready to trade options on Coincall.
